Her Klunk 0 Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 This is a pic of my 120 size YT Spitfire. Had two great flights on Friday and two nose over landings. But hey nay landing is a good landing. Retracts still a problem but a loop or side to side waggle of the wings locks them down. This plane looks great in the air and sounds great with the Saito 120. Link to post Share on other sites

Her Klunk 0 Posted June 25, 2007 Author Share Posted June 25, 2007 Had a test flight on Sunday between showers and spitfire flew well. I reduced the down thrust in the engine to help reduce the nose over on take off and it helped. On take off now the plane just needs a gentle shove forward and off it went. Also have tweeked the under cart slightly and now it is behaving itself although it still has a reluctant right wheel on deploying retracts as it still sticks and requires a little coaxing to deploy fully.
