Her Klunk 0
I am currently building a new plane which will be a basic pylon racer of the Q500 class. Here are the plans to date. The fuse is balsa and ply formers and Ply longerons. Light and strong. 3/16 sides and 1/8 top and bottom. The wing will be foam core 52" span by 9 5/8 chord, about 500 square inches. The wing is semi symmetrical, and the chord is 1 1/8 at the thickest section. Ailerons will be almost full length and the fuse will have a traditional tail section and not a v-tail. I will use 5 servos, might use flaperons or 4 servos and save some weight. Pic to follow.
