arun 0
Anyone got anything to say about the Tony Nijhuis 46" spit? I know we've been here before (Magnatilla), but I have the building bug and given the new family member means more time at home in evenings, you never know... http://www.tonynijhuisdesigns.co.uk/Spitfire46.htm Alternative would be a Cambrian Fun-Fighter, but I prefer the built up wing of the Nijhuis. Club Members Trevor 25 Posted May 14, 2012 Club Members Share Posted May 14, 2012 I dont know anyone who has built this particular one but T.N. planes usually fly well and I have seen his 60" version fly. As usual, keep it as light as possible using the lightest balsa you can get and especially keep the tail light to avoid having to add weight up front to balance.
