Thankyou for visiting this website for Southern Model Airshow.

 

Please note, however, that this Show is no longer being staged by the Croydon Airport Model Flying Club.

 

Nor has any Club Member or Committee Member, have any interest, or involvement in the Organisation, physically or financially, with this Show or any other Show, bearing a similar title.

 

Having been unable to stage the Southern Model Airshow, arranged to take place at the Hop Farm in September 2012, due to circumstances beyond our control, Croydon Airport Model Flying Club decided it was time to call it a day.

 

Subsequently, the idea for a Show was handed over from CAMFC to an events company called Heritage Events Ltd, who run events all over the country.

 

With some assistance from CAMFC, in the way of contacts and advice, Heritage Events Ltd, ran a Show in the September of 2013, under the new title "Southern Model Show".

 

To date, CAMFC understands that Heritage Events Ltd, expect to continue running this new Show into the future, albeit on a different weekend.

 

CAMFC wishes Heritage Events Ltd the very best of luck with the new show, and will provide spiritual support when it is asked for.
