Her Klunk 0
I have just finished the major design and build of a new delta. Just need to finish colour scheme. Span Root 25" Span Tip 3" area 260 sqr inches about 1.8 ft2 AUW 21 ounces 1lb 5oz wing loading about 12 ounces per pound, light. Engine Yellow Jacket Wasp 15 light and revy with 6*6 prop Should be fast about 100 mph. Here are a few pics of build and covered. A new E version on the way slightly smaller with Mega 16/15/3, and Jeti 40 ESC and 2 * 2S1P 2500 lipo with an all up weight of about 20 ounces. It will be a lot faster than the IC version with a 4.1 * 4.1 or a 5.5 *5.5 prop revving to about 30,000 to 35,0000 giving a top speed to 150 - 180 mph.

Darren 0
Are you going to bungie it? In which case, you know the answer from me too
Her Klunk 0
Darren No bungee and I can quite understand after the last experience you had. Andre Delta flew well needs C of G moved back a 1/2 to 1" and a bigger tail fin as I managed to stall the delta which did a death spiral to the ground which was almost a flat spin. Will fit a rudder as well. Making the model so light paid huge dividends as it came to ground without much incident. The only other problem is it tends to want to flip over on landing.
