Don Coe 9 Posted March 21, 2006 Author Share Posted March 21, 2006 Hi Fellers! Just back from a short holiday in France and glad to get back to the workshop and the Pup. Here are some shots of the front end showing the cartridge link shute from the Lewis M/G. This is from block balsa clad with litho plate, rubbed down on the finest wet & dry I could find then buffed a little with Solvol Autosol. I've completed and fixed the two carb air intake tubes. They're from brass tube cleaned thoroughly then tinned with cored solder , a blowlamp then quickly wired with the old moleskin pad. This buffs up nicely with a yellow duster. That's all for now. I await delivery from the foundry of the bronze cast air intake ducts then I detail the dummy Le Rhone a little. See yer. Rockers and trunnions added together with the spark plugs. The castings for the air intake ducts turned up today from the foundry. Will post pics after a little work on them. Darren 0 Posted April 1, 2006 Share Posted April 1, 2006 When you make a post, at the bottom of the form there is an 'add an attachment' section, browse for your file, add a comment and click the add attachment button. You can add as many as you like but the images must be no bigger than 640x480. Perhaps Gary can shed some light on the photobucket issue. Link to post Share on other sites
