  2. I've been flying these type of planes on Relfx XTR and been haveng a fun / great time! Now I'm thinking of getting one to improve my flying skills, but the only problem I can see is how would they fly at our field!? Its always / mosty going to be windy there, so how would slow-fly type planes fair in say 6mph winds!! I know you can get all different type e.g bi-plane, outdoor etc. etc., but I wanted to know from people that have used them.......Or maybe I should just go out and by one and see for myself Have alook at this mad a$$ flying :- "the first part" http://www.slow-flye
  3. I seen some wide up ones in the passed, that look like the Cybird "lol", but they didn't have a transmitter....just hand launch and watch! Would love to see a air duel between Cybird & Robofalcon The advert is abit scary.........and I'm not to sure what to say about it
  4. ......RoboFalcon http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... q=RCfalcon Was having a look at Goolge video as you do, and came across this. P.s Looks big, compared to the man hand launching it Edit :- lol @ the name "RoboFalcon"
  5. Yer that take-off was abit touch & go for the few seconds, she just didn't want to play ball at the start ...But was a very nice landing tho at the end! Looked great in the air and from far way it looks abit like Hawk "Red Arrow plane" and has the speed to O my! When you get the engine up and running right, that thing is going to be like a yellow bullet You can say that again! Count me out for many a year then
  6. oooo talk about a flying field, that looks just like a flying field you would have in a USA club Do they have an out house / club hunt there to?
  7. If the weather stays as great as it has been for the last week or so, then maybe Nutz and your Magnum will bring in a new club speed record at the field
  8. Update :- This helicopter also didn't come with any type of Li-Po warning system, so I went out and bought a 9V Li-Po saver for 3 Cells battery. Costed about 3 Pounds. This type of Li-Po saver is just a red LED light and has no speaker. This photo, just shows that I have solder the Li-Po saver wirer's onto the ESC power connector. This photo shows, LED in place and tied down, also wire's have been tidyed up and also tied up.
  9. Was just about to say, o a nice ally case to carry it around in, but then I read the text after looking at the photo I'm sure I've seen Nutz with a case like that at the field, maybe he Carry's stuff for the helo in it...e.g Li-Po batterys & Charger etc etc? Will we can find out if he post here later.
  10. Call me sad! But that's my type of manual lots of info & diagrams, one you can look at for hours & hours.......
  11. Not going to be much of a builder review as helo was ARTF kit. Also I am newbie to this, so the review will be very limited and from a point of view of a newcomer, and no way as good a Nuts Raptor 50 V3 Titan or Darren's Align T-Rex 450SE review So this review is from a new comer to RC helicopters, Twister 3D, Fully 3D Aerobatic Why I bought this Twister I was buying my Prangster from Avicrft as I was just coming back to the hobby and had also always wanted to fly helos to, so Ail "i think" said try this helicopter out its great fun and also great for you / me etc. etc.!

Looks like the God of rain was smileing on you to day! Not many people can say that the rain saved there bi-plane from turning into a lop-sided tri-plane! edit :- Some nice photos there, can't wait to see / hear the plane in real life.
  13. Nothing coming up on Google search with that name!

Just typical! After a hole morning and afternoon of rain, the Sun came out and there was blue sky and little to no clouds on Sunday late afternoon after 5pm .

Forecast for Sunday / Today is heavy rain & 17mph southerly winds Maybe not the best day to test fly a new model, or maybe it is if you want to test how water proof the plane is and its high wind speed handing.
