Yak lovers And so cute ! Very nice, would be super to see some photo's of them flying together!
-
Indeed very nice! Which Mk is it going to be?! I've always loved the look / meanness of the Hurricane MKIIC "4x 20mm Cannons" or Hurricane IID " 2 x 40mm Cannons & 2 x .303's or 2 x 50.cals" :-

The best colour "Black & Yellow" .....If you don't want it after pulling her together and all........can I have it! Just to make space in your hangar P.s Are you sure that's Craig hanging that, looks more like Jimbo to me
-
Even if I do build it soon, it will just stay in my loft like the 20 I've got up there un-used / flown
-
I also have a twin "un-build atm"! And will get Jedi Jim to have a good look at it, it he don't mind I think, people are just to scare of them, from what they hear about them from others "when you lose an engine your fcuk and so on". So they never ever get one! The only thing at the mo, that scares me abit, is the model I have it for 40 to 46 size engines and I will be running two 53's! Anyway time will tell!
-
Looks like I got there to late on Friday to see it fly! O well there always next time!
-
Giving out a show flyer and talking about our show to most cumstors! May start putting a show flyer in each carryer bag as well But having said that, ALOT of the people that come in already know about the show and how good it is!
-
I'm also in the same boat as you...well may! I need an engine for my P51 Mustang, but its got to be a 4 stroke. In the last few weeks or so, I've hear alot about Saito's and how good they are when it come's to weight VS power! Most likely going to be an OS anyway, if I can get my hands on one! Jimbo has a OS 61 in his Kantaner 40 size "sp", and it flow very well today "I think", so maybe go for an engine OS or whatever around 60 size? The OS 91 maybe a bit over kill? I have a SC 61 & SC 108, they both work great............. at running backwards or not at all

Just thought I would up-date about my Panic ! Done quite about of flying with my Panic now, which is now close to 1 year old very soon....well in away! Had alot of fun with it, haven't used it that much for abit, due to getting the RipMax Bossanovr, which has turned out to be ALOT of fun to fly! I mo-sty fly the Boss. alot just to rub it into Leon's face because I know he wants one Anyway back to the super Panic! The last time I flew it was at the home of the Panic " Concord Field ", which was the Panic Team pracy. Had about 3 flights there, which was abit crazy & much

LOL at one's self ... That's the face I pull after another one of Bobs or Tom's trainer plane has gone in, Big time! Everyone keep asking " I'm I on something! " Well I do have the TX in my hand, but I don't think I made that mess out of Jim's plane!
-
O yes, that dose look nice! You don't see many planes with Orange covering that pull it off, but this one looks good! "Well in the photo anyway " I'm thinking of covering my next plane in Pink, so many be I don't know what I'm talking about! Edit :- Something to get you ready, for Pink power :- http://home.clara.net/acf/scale/scale-pics-4/low/pink-spit/spitfire.html Pink & Sexy plane

If you like that, you will love this :- Awesome real life Concord flypast! http://www.patricksaviation.com/videos/ ... ?q=Concord Would have been great to be there, I would have payed good money to be that close!
-
Indeed, looks like it has Re-heat "Afterburner" and Thrust vectoring to!
-
I think Joe's 109e is all ready "taken out".....on take off! Abit like the real thing, you could say!
-
I've not head back from that man that had alot of planes for sell...e.g a CF SpitFire! Will post later if I hear anything, but dought anything will come of it anyway! One of them thing, a friend of a friend told them this
-
I've heard afew people putting added formers "sp" in the fus, as there are none inside towards the back end of the fus! What make me want the Fidget is that, it more of a slow-fly type plane.........if you get what I mean, when its up Vs 2 or 3mm Depon crazy a$$ indoor type I've had afew go's on one, and like it! But the one I used only had a 2S1P Li-Po so only just had the power to go vertical or something like that!
-
Yer them Ikarus kit "e.g F3A " are selling like hot cakes at the shop I work at! I myself, like the Yak 54, I may in the Summer get myself one Don't think I would buy one just yet, to use it say every 4 to 6 weeks when I go to an indoor flying thing! Anyway see how the weather turns out! On the other hand, I've had my eye on the Phase 3 Fidget for some time now. To replace my "or i should say the bosses" Mini depon Panic!
-
HEHE! Joe you looked like a whole new man at the flying field on Sunday! Big boys toys = Yak 54 = Joe smiling away all day! I for can't wait to see this at the field, on the ground or in the air it don't matter to me. But there a saying "all good things, come to them that wait" or something like that Something to keep me going at night :-
-
With the wing it has on this bad boy, I think I could do some VTOL style baby ! The wing weights nothing for its size, which also = in a crash a big hand full of matchsticks at the end tho

Another very late X-Mas gift to myself again or you could say late Valentine day to myself :- RipMan Bossanova :- Just need to add the servos and crap.....and then its done. Don't think I will be using at the field for abit, as the strip will eat the wheels & landing gear up in no time! Plane & engine are last than 2 weeks old, only flown 6 times by Rob last weekend for somebody else, so I thought it needed a good home. P.s To myself..........stop buying stuff, fool!

Wasn't an ARTF at first, but when I got it is was close to being one Little story :- Somebody said I've got a big "scale" CESSNA 182 closed to finish, I said how much, he said £20, I said ok....... "thinking he was taking BS" The next week he turned up with it, I said that not a scale or BIG CESSNA 172 or 182, you try-ed to con me , I'll give you £15 for it, deal was done on a hand shack! It is a Cessna SkyLane, but not a very scale one, nor that big to "72Inch", but it will do in the end! + I got a free servo to + a free P-51 Mustage around 60 Inch wing or so, I'm g

Looks very nice and sounds like it flys just as nice or better ! There's always be a special place in my heat for Bi-Planes.
-
The twin looks very nice in the air, from the photos! CAnt wait to see in real life. Was it hard to get both engine tuned up the same and running in-sink? "I know your Jedi Jim, when it come to Glow IC, but still thought I better ask" I also heard but not seen yet, that you can get Glow fuel engines with spring clock-wise, so you can have a ant-clock-wise running with a clock-wise engine "to canal out torque effect"......just like real life planes! Shame about the bobcat, the photo of it on the strip, makes it look like a real Gas Turbine model Edit :- Some thing to g

Wow looks like its going to be very winding over the whole of this week, so maybe still not the best week to test fly anything
