This is the new Wot 4 foam e mk2+. The stickers are, as you will see, a bit easy to gum up the hinges. The old version had foam hinges were dodgey, so I put some glass tape, but only then did I notice the regular hinges for extra strength. I really like the new colour scheme, apart from the gumming problem. The prop needed balancing, and I put a cover over the servos in the fus, and glued the tail and beefed up several areas. The area for my rx was constricted to say the least, so a bit of carving was needed, and yet I still had to angle it to allow it to fit. I would say see you at the

Hello everyone, As you know, I'm 12. When RCME comes to the door, I read the bits about the pulse jets, reviews and the how to sections, and then chuck it by my bed ( the cover ALWAYS falls off! ). Two nights ago I was reading the all write section, and saw a section on flight checks. It was written by some guy in Israel or someplace. He described that he didn't use the quick stick waggle, and that he did it slowly, and moved the surface to check security. He went on to say that he waggled the sticks slowly,.and the elevator started, stopped, and then jumped to the end. It turned out to

Presenting the newest edition to my (small) hangar: The new Wot 4 Foam - E mk2+e Everything on the old model has been upgraded, including the dodgy hinges, but I still had to put some glass tape on the hinges, as the elevator was starting to go thin - never mind though, it has foam hinges AND regular hinges too! The new improved foamie, however still has peeling decals, so glue is needed. The screw on the rudder was too small and ineffective, so i swapped it for a bigger one, and uhu por'd it as well for extra strength. I also put some glue on the rear assembly, as I wasn't sure

I couldn't get my taranis to bind to my new tek sumo flying wing, so I gave up and put took the plane to the garage. I tried to put it on an old radio, and plugged the battery in. It began to smoke and fizz, and soon began to smoke heavily and red hot once I had chucked it out the window, the grass being burned and all of the wires very much melted.. It was brand new. Any ideas to why this happened?

Hi all, have been looking at my new wing, and i have a FrSky V8R4-II rx in it. when i opened it, i chucked the bags that came with it somewhere. One of those bags contained the jumper plugs, which are needed for binding. If anyone has any, is there a chance you could bring them to the field, so I could borrow them for a minute. I pay in cakes or beer!!! Thanks so much! B

There is a plan. using my new flying wing, i will fly it on the taranis. if it crashes, it is virtually indestructible.

Fair point. I know it works because it has been tested. Has anyone got any ideas for servos in a shoulder wing sports model (ripmax expression)?

Nice. There are also things you can do to make starting an engine easier and safer. For example, a glo wand and battery have no wire, so they are quicker and there is no wire hanging around. a lipo powered starter, again, needs no cord, so it is not going to be chopped off by the prop. The number one rule with starting an engine is Make sure your hand is well clear of the spinny thing that goes round and round. other than that, happy flying B

The Sacred Bin Bag Technique has been used by R/C fliers for centuries. To complete it, you need a brand new cougar 2000, a radio fault, very hard ground and a bin bag. Lets begin: Start by getting a new cougar. Spend ages cleaning it. Care for it. Play follow the leader with a man called Peter Royall. Do a loop. Have a radio failure. Crash. Put model in bin bag. PICK UP ALL BITS. YOU NEED THESE LATER. Cry in a corner, where no one can see you. Carefully re-knit the entire plane, by using cheap cyno. Repeat again every Sunday!

Following a battery/rx fault, my cougar decided it wanted to be a burrowing rabbit..... REPAIR WORK IS IN PROGRESS The fuselage looks horrible, but is insanely strong, the wing looks and is terrible, cracked spars and ribs + holes everywhere. Fuselage repair almost done, BUT wing repair, not even started, I need advice.

That is cool, but yet a blanket on top would do no harm
