I know that you are really busy at the show Leon, But if we get the go ahead with this, Can we grab you with any technical issues with this lark,,, As i know you have knowledge in this field.
Steve,
I am at your service my friend...................
Because the show is the same month I am due to start my new job I should be available on the Sat & Sun (I hope) so if I am I will help Jimbo run the slot board.
Don,
I cannot believe your details can be so good and accurate, I now believe that you have a shrinking device and just go round shrinking real air planes and claiming the credit
Good on you Don, you put a lot of effort into your work and it shows.
Leon
Yes we have, it was a old bird at a show last year, the thing is you did not.............(well could not even if you wanted to) use the ailerons
See Steve.......Jedi Jim................Jim can fix it/do it..............his our man
Dangerous, small potential as it could throw the prop on reversal
Damage, not to the engine but if the prop was thrown it could do some damage to the prop or what the prop hit.
Did you buy it form a short Irish bloke?
Pre-detonation will cause an engine to go backwards this happen normally from a rich or cold engine which is normally rich when you start a cold engine in the cold. I have seen it happen on helis before but it is so common on a plane you could say it is normal for this time of year, like Pete said just watch out in case it spits the prop off.
As per parts listings for the OS 91 FX
http://www.gpdealera.com/cgi-bin/wgaprt ... I=OSMG0591
The part details are
OSMG3972 29505000 O.S. Connecting Rod 91SX-H
And after a google you get
http://www.modelhelicopters.co.uk/acata ... 1SX_H.html
I think you will find a lot of the OS 91 SX parts are the same
So £15.99 for the con rod from Midlands heli.
